This is my favorite time of year!! The temperatures are dropping, the fashion is becoming more layered, we get to see so much of our family, and its the Season of Giving!! As I’ve been slowly shopping for the people on my list (and for myself, LOL), I’ve been compiling this Holiday Gift Guide! I’ve combined His & Her’s this year, for the sake of my sanity. So here is your all-in-one holiday giving life-saver:
Wasn’t October fantastic!? Other than 2 hurricanes in one month, I think the weather was amazing!! It was a very swift transition from scorching Summer temperatures to wonderful Fall temperatures! And although it was the cold front moving in that caused the hurricanes, I’m happy that nicer weather is here!!! Was anyone reading this devastated by either of the hurricanes? If there is any way that I could help, please let me know!! Seriously.
September has come and gone… And quite frankly, I’m glad! I’m so ready for cooler weather, and October is the transition month for the South… It’ll be mostly hot days still, but it will be sprinkled in with a lot of cool mornings and evenings, and maybe 3 or 4 cooler days! But, until that becomes a reality, lets look back at a few of September’s favorites so we can buy our last pieces of Summer :)
Can you even believe that August is over already!? It seemed to fly by SO FAST! It was pretty down-hill after our D.C. trip, I'm not gonna lie, but then... Blake and I bought a new rental property. We are fixing it up right now!! It was built in the 1940s, so it needs all new plumbing and electrical, and central heating and air for the FIRST TIME!! So, if you start to miss me on social media, that's where I am, LOL!
July has ended and August is here... Can you even believe it!? July seemed to fly by so fast!!! For me, it was full of ripped denim shorts, so many cute tees, my little brother's 23 birthday, a great "Life Update" post, the 5-year milestone with my hubs, and an AMAZING anniversary trip to Washington, D.C. July seemed to be a little slow on the shopping front for you all, but back-to-school is right around the corner, and if you're in South Carolina with me, then tax free weekend is this weekend, so shop away!!!
June brought more sunshine than we've seen in months, and I am not at all mad about it. I'm rounding up your favorite things from last month and it looks like you were feeling the sunshine too! The most purchased items were all about summer and I'm excited to share that most are still available!!
